So I learned something new yesterday while talking on the phone with my man. Instead of me moving to Atlanta in 1 yr, I’ll be moving there in July. I’m so excited. I would rather be there now, but that isn’t going to happen. I told him he better start doing whatever he has to do to his house before my kids get there. And that is, removing the white carpet in the rooms my children will be in. YES, WHITE CARPET. I would NEVER get white carpet but since he only has 1 son who is now 18 and off to collage in Florida, it didn’t matter to him.
I also talked to him about not wanting to clean a 3 story house LOL. I’m so not looking forward to doing that. But since I don’t have to work, I’ll be staying home talking care of the house cleaning, cooking, dusting and whatever there is to do. In June, my landlord told me she’ll send me the papers to sign another years lease. Even though it won’t start until October 09. Well I can’t sign another lease because I won’t be here, this is why I’ll be moving in May. In June, I’ll be giving my 30 day notice that I’ll be moving out.
I’M SO EXCITED. Next year, After taxes come back, I’ll be filing for a divorce from my now husband whom I haven’t been with in almost 2 years. You couldn’t pay me to go back with him. My life has been so much better without him in it. Yeah, He calls me to check on the kids. I think they’re starting to take child support out. That’s great. Christmas is coming and I’d like my kids to have a wonderful Christmas. I’ve been thinking about going to Wal-Mart or wherever they do layaway so I can start on my kids Christmas shopping. We don’t have much longer! I love Christmas and the smiles that it put on my kids faces when they see all the stuff they get.
